Accounts Payable Specialist (Bedford)

$19.00 - $20.00 per Hour

LHH is teaming up with a client in Bedford that is in need of an Accounts Payable Specialist. This role is a short term contract role lasting two to three months. LHH places thousands of Accounting professionals each year, please click “apply now” if you feel you are the right fit!

Responsibilities:

  • Account reconcliation
  • Daily and auditing and data entry
  • Indexing and scanning batches
  • Preparing check runs and drop offs
  • Coding expense reports

Qualifications:
  • A degree in Accounting is preferred
  • One year of past experience in Accounting
Skills:
  • Past ERP experience preferred
  • Performing back up Accounts Payable functions as well
Employment Type:
  • Contract (2 to 3 months)
Compensation:
  • $19.00 to $20.00 an hour
Work Hours:
  • Full time 40 hours per week
  • 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday thru Friday
