Job Description: Front Desk Coordinator
Location: Bellevue, WA
Position: Front Desk Coordinator
Job Type: Full-Time – Contract 3+ Months
LHH is actively interviewing candidates located in Bellevue, WA, dedicated to providing exceptional service and support to our clients. We are seeking a friendly, organized, and proactive Front Desk Coordinator to join our team and be the first point of contact for our office. Candidates must be reliable and be present Mon-Fri since this role is fully onsite.
No remote work offered.
Responsibilities:
Warmly welcome and assist visitors, clients, and employees upon arrival.
Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages; manage outgoing mail and shipments.
Provide general administrative support, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
Monitor and order office supplies, ensuring inventory levels are maintained.
Maintain visitor log and issue visitor badges, adhering to security protocols.
Draft, proofread, and distribute internal and external communications.
Coordinate with building management for maintenance and facility-related issues.
Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and special projects as needed.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in office administration or related fields is a plus.
Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Customer-service oriented with a positive and professional attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay Details: $24.00 to $25.50 per hour
