LHH is partnering with a company in the construction industry to search for a temporary Accounting Clerk to join the team for the next two months. You will be trained by the supervisor so as long as you have a little bit of accounting experience or equivalent education, you could be considered. The main tasks you would be handling is invoice processing and managing the vendors. This position is fully onsite in Bellevue, WA, and the preferred work schedule is an early one. Main Duties:

  • Setting up or updating vendor accounts
  • Data entry of invoices
  • Managing accounting documents
  • Reconciling vendor statements
  • Additional projects as needed


Qualifications:

  • At least six months of office or accounting work experience
  • High attention to detail
  • Desire to help the team out with whatever is needed
  • Professional communication skills
  • Able to work well with others


Employment Details:

  • Temporary position for two months
  • Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM
  • Fully onsite in the office
