• Process invoices, track payments, and manage accounts payable and receivable
• Ensure vendors are paid in a timely manner
• Manage and monitor accounts receivable, ensuring timely collection of payments
• Prepare and send invoices to clients, follow up on overdue accounts
• Maintain accurate records of transactions, reconciliations, and adjustments
• Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support business operations
• Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies

• At least three years of accounting experience, preferably in AP or AR
• Knowledge of accounting software systems such as NetSuite or SAP
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively
