LHH is partnering with a large company to find them some extra Accounts Payable assistance to get their department caught up. This will be a contract role for a few months. Your main tasks will be processing invoices, routing payments to vendors, and updating vendor accounts. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of AP experience but if you have a bachelor’s degree in accounting and limited experience, you could be considered as well. You need to be able to function efficiently in a high-volume environment and communicate with team members. It’s a fully onsite role in Bellevue, WA.
Main Responsibilities:
Processing accounts payable invoices
Ensuring timely payments to vendors
Troubleshooting vendor inquiries and updating vendor accounts
Vendor statement reconciliations
Additional projects as needed
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field is preferred
At least two years of accounts payable experience
Previous experience on an ERP software system would be helpful
Ability to function efficiently in a high-volume environment
Professional communication skills
