Loan Processing Assistant

Bellevue, WA | Up to $25/hr | Temp, FTE | On-Site

Are you detail-driven and great with deadlines? A well-established financial services firm in Bellevue is looking for a Loan Processing Assistant to support their lending operations. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Loan Processors with preparing, reviewing, and organizing loan documentation

• Perform data entry and ensure accuracy of borrower information in loan processing systems

• Track loan files through various stages of the loan cycle and communicate status updates to relevant parties

• Coordinate with underwriters, escrow officers, and clients to gather outstanding documents

• Verify employment, assets, credit, and other qualifying borrower information

• Maintain compliance with all regulatory and internal guidelines

• Manage digital and physical loan files with a high degree of confidentiality and organization

Requirements:

• Prior experience in loan processing, banking, or mortgage administration preferred

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with LOS (Loan Origination Systems) is a plus

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
