LHH is partnering with a company in the construction industry to search for a temporary to hire Payroll Specialist. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of payroll processing experience and have some knowledge of union payroll. Additionally, the company works on ADP so if you have knowledge of any of their platforms, that would be a big advantage. You will work on a team and be trained, but the role is fully onsite in the Bellevue, WA office. The team is looking for some immediate help so the interview process will be quick.



Responsibilities:

  • Processes bi-weekly payroll
  • Manages workmen’s compensation and unemployment claims
  • Tracks leave taken and remaining balances
  • Performs and processes payroll entry and reports
  • Administers safety programs and policies
  • Maintains employee reviews and due dates
  • Attends trainings and meetings
Qualifications:
  • At least three years of payroll processing experience
  • Knowledge of union payroll would be preferred
  • Experience with ADP payroll products is desired
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Desire to work with others and be a team player
Employment Details:
  • Fully onsite in Bellevue, WA
  • Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • Temporary to hire



Pay Details: $30.00 to $33.00 per hour
