💼 Contract-to-Hire Potential | 💰 $48–$51/hr DOE | 🕗 Day Shift (Mon–Fri, 8a–5p)

We’re partnering with a mission-driven healthcare organization to hire a Human Resources Business Partner for an onsite role based in Bellingham, WA. This is a non-clinical, non-employee contractor position with potential to convert — perfect for HR professionals with strong labor relations experience and a passion for making a real impact.


What You’ll Do:

  • Partner directly with senior leaders to align people strategy with business goals.

  • Lead initiatives in employee relations, change management, succession planning, and leadership coaching.

  • Manage complex union matters — grievances, negotiations, and daily labor engagement.

  • Collaborate with Centers of Excellence (COEs) and shared services teams to deliver integrated HR support.

  • Coach and guide frontline leaders and other HR partners.

  • Participate in HR projects around policy, process, and organizational design.


What We’re Looking For:

  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally as an HR Business Partner or similar

  • Bachelor’s degree required (HR, Business, or related); Master’s preferred

  • Strong command of employee & labor relations, conflict resolution, and investigations

  • Prior experience in a shared services or COE HR model

  • Bonus points for healthcare industry background


Preferred Certifications:

  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP

  • PHR or SPHR
