Job Title: Maintenance Auditor Benefits:
Location: Onsite – Bend, OR (with travel between properties; mileage reimbursed)
Employment Type: Direct Hire
Compensation: $22 – $29 per hour
Hours: M - F, 8am-5pm
About the Role
LHH Recruitment is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Maintenance Auditor to join our large property management client's team in Bend, OR. This role is critical in ensuring that maintenance operations across their properties are executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company and state standards.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct regular audits of maintenance activities across multiple properties.
Observe and evaluate Maintenance Technicians to ensure adherence to safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
Provide hands-on training and ongoing coaching to Technicians.
Deliver performance reviews and feedback to maintenance staff.
Collaborate with vendors to ensure quality and compliance with service agreements.
Document audit findings and recommend improvements to maintenance processes.
Travel between properties as needed (mileage reimbursed).
Qualifications
Prior experience in maintenance within the property management or a closely related industry is required.
Strong understanding of safety standards and maintenance best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to train and mentor team members effectively.
Comfortable working independently and traveling locally.
Pay Details: $22.00 to $29.00 per hour
