LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a detailed-oriented and experienced Property Accountant to join our team in the beautiful city of Bend, Oregon. We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Property Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the financial operations of our property portfolio, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain financial records for multiple properties.

• Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.

• Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.

• Manage accounts payable and receivable.

• Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.

• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with financial regulations.

• Collaborate with property managers to address financial issues.

• Prepare tax filings and coordinate with external auditors

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• Minimum of 0 years of experience in accounting or real estate finance.

• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Yardi, QuickBooks).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Salary Range:

• Up $30/ hour
