Job Title: Bilingual Customer Service Representative Location: Onsite in Benicia, CA Pay: $22 per hour


Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM


Essential Job Duties:



  • Bilingual (Spanish/English): Fluent in both speaking and writing.


  • Process customer orders, tracking information, and ensure timely communication in customer-specific formats.


  • Handle inbound calls, assisting customers with vehicle-specific product inquiries (year, make, model, type).


  • Address general customer service inquiries, delivering prompt and effective solutions.


  • Conduct outbound sales calls to current and prospective clients.


  • Review customer accounts for new sales opportunities.


  • Accounts Receivable (AR): Prepare daily Excel spreadsheets for check deposits and credit card payments.


Qualifications:



  • Fluent in Spanish (spoken and written).


  • Prior customer service experience.


  • Strong problem-solving and active listening skills.


  • Organized, with excellent time management abilities.


  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).


  • Familiarity with inventory management software is a plus.
