LHH Recruitment Solutions is looking for a motivated and skilled Inside Technical Account Manager/CSR to join our client’s team in Berea, OH. This is an On-site position M-F

As an Inside Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our clients, ensuring their technical needs are met and exceeded.

You will work closely with our sales, support, and engineering teams to deliver outstanding service and support.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, providing technical support and guidance on products.

  • Understand client needs and objectives and develop tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and ensure timely delivery of solutions.

  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to review progress, address concerns, and identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Provide training and support to clients on product features and best practices.

  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and technical issues in our CRM system.

  • Stay up to date with industry trends and product developments to provide informed recommendations to clients.

Qualifications:

  • 5 + years of proven experience in a technical account management or similar role.

  • Strong technical background with the ability to understand and explain complex concepts.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools.

  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.



Pay Details: $45,000.00 to $50,000.00 per week
