Property Manager
LHH is seeking a Property Manager for a client in the Non-Profit sector located in Bethel, CT. This is a temp-to-perm position with a compensation range of $30-35/hr, depending on experience.
Responsibilities:
Oversee multiple properties that provide public assistance housing.
Handle high call volumes efficiently.
Communicate with site managers and provide back-office support to field managers.
Maintain professional and effective relationships with internal and external clients and vendors.
Provide administrative support, including opening and prioritizing mail, filing/scanning, answering, and directing phone calls.
Respond to routine information requests and perform other assigned tasks.
Requirements:
Working knowledge of residential property management.
Familiarity with MRI, Yardi or similar real estate software.
Ability to multitask.
Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
Pay Details: $30.00 to $35.00 per hour
