Human Resources Generalist (Bilingual French/English)

LHH is seeking an HR Generalist for a not for profit client in Montgomery County, Maryland. Enjoy 6 weeks PTO! As an HR Generalist, you will be instrumental in driving talent acquisition, managing data, administering benefits, and overseeing HR-related projects. You will collaborate closely with department heads and ensure confidentiality is maintained. This role demands a blend of strategic thinking, meticulous attention to detail, and a commitment to nurturing a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a similar discipline.

• Prior employment in an educational setting or nonprofit sector.

• Proficiency in French and English.

• Familiarity with US HR principles, employment legislation, and data protection laws.

Compensation:

• $65,000-$85,000
