Our client, an entertainment company in Beverly Hills, is looking to hire an Accounting Specialist. The Accounting Specialist will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, performing reconciliations, managing accounts receivable, and providing backup support for accounts payable. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and enjoys working in a collaborative environment.

The pay range for this job is $24.00-$27.00 hourly.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations

• Manage and monitor accounts receivable, including invoicing and collections

• Assist with cash application and revenue tracking

• Provide backup support for accounts payable, including invoice processing and vendor communication

• Maintain accurate and organized financial records

• Assist with month-end close and reporting

• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure financial accuracy

Qualifications

• 2+ years of accounting experience, preferably in the entertainment or media industry

• Strong understanding of GAAP and accounting principles

• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar)

• Excellent Excel skills and attention to detail

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
