LHH is hiring a bilingual (English/Spanish) candidate with clinical experience assisting Diabetic patients. As a QA Specialist, you will mentor and monitor Health Coaches supporting patients with Diabetes. This is a full-time, remote opportunity!

Overview,

  • Hiring method: Direct-Hire / Permanent

  • Location: Remote

  • Hours: Monday - Friday, 8AM-5PM CST

Responsibilities include,

  • Mentor and assist in training/development of Health Coaches

  • Review phone calls between Health Coaches and patients, providing positive feedback or coaching on areas of improvement

  • Develop training based on client feedback or trends in performance

  • Monitor patient satisfaction surveys, intervening when poor surveys have been reported

Required qualifications include,

  • Bachelor degree in related field

  • Certified Diabetes Care & Education Specialist (CDCES)

  • Fluent in English/Spanish

  • 3 or more years of experience working as a Health Coach or in a clinical capacity with Diabetic patients

This is a salaried position with full benefits to include medica/dental/vision insurance, paid time off/sick time, paid holidays, Flexible Spending Account, among others. Full benefits information can be shared upon job offer.



Pay Details: $70,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year
