LHH is seeking an experienced Estate Planning & Trust Administration Paralegal to join a full-service firm in Central Oakland County.
Compensation:
$85,000-$95,000 + a first-year bonus between $2K - 5K + a monthly stipend for parking + excellent benefits.
Experience:
Detail-oriented Paralegal with 6+ years of expertise in estate planning, trusts administration, real estate transactions, and corporate practice. Has managed complex legal estates, research, and strong client relations. Proactive, organized, and committed to delivering high-quality legal support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with attorneys in managing estates and trusts by drafting critical documents and maintaining schedules.
- Oversee the post-death administration process, ensuring all legal protocols are followed.
- Facilitate real estate transactions, including thorough due diligence, document preparation, and process management.
- Support corporate legal activities, including establishing entities, maintaining governance, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or paralegal certification.
- 6+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in legal software, including document management software, and embracing of new technologies for law practice.
- Able to handle clients and opposing parties.
