LHH Recruitment Solutions is assisting our client in their search for a Human Resources Generalist to join their team in Reynoldsburg, OH. This position will sit onsite and help with mostly human resource functions but also with some accounting. This position will assist employees with payroll, benefit and employee relations questions, track payroll and vacation and source for new employees. There will also be some light accounting duties mixed in. This is an onsite opportunity so only local candidates should apply. Responsibilities:

• Point person for employee related questions

• Full cycle recruiting (posting jobs, sourcing candidates, interviewing and onboarding)

• Administer weekly payroll and track vacation

• Handle HR functions such as recognition, benefits, leave, disciplinary matters

• Process payments, entering accounts payable invoices, prepare journal entries

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of Human Resource experience

• Comfortable owning the HR role as this position will "be" HR

• Experience processing payroll

• Strong communication and approachable to employees

• Longevity within previous positions
