Job Description:

LHH Recruitment Solutions is proactively seeking enthusiastic and experienced Customer Service Representatives for an upcoming project with our client in Blue Ash, OH. This contract position is expected to start in the near future and offers a great opportunity for individuals with a strong background in customer service to join a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Support:

   • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.

   • Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and effectively.

   • Provide accurate information about products and services.

2. Order Processing:

   • Assist customers with placing orders and processing transactions.

   • Track and follow up on customer orders to ensure timely delivery.

   • Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds as needed.

3. Documentation and Reporting:

   • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

   • Prepare reports on customer feedback and service issues.

   • Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes.

4. Problem Solving:

   • Identify and troubleshoot issues to provide effective solutions.

   • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.

   • Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction.

5. Team Collaboration:

   • Work closely with other team members to achieve departmental goals.

   • Participate in team meetings and training sessions.

   • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.

• Previous experience in a customer service role is required.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software.

• Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Working Conditions:

• Contract position with typical office hours.

• Work is performed in a professional office environment in Blue Ash, OH.
