Job Title: Call Center Associate Location: Blue Ash, OH Pay Rate: $20 to $21 per hour Job Type: Full-time, 100% Onsite
About the Role:
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Call Center Associate for our client in Blue Ash, Ohio. This role requires a seasoned professional with a minimum of 3 years of call center experience who is ready to contribute to a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and efficiency.
Resolve customer issues and inquiries with a focus on delivering excellent service.
Accurately document customer interactions and follow up as necessary.
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and call center scripts.
Work collaboratively with team members to meet and exceed performance targets.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a call center environment is required.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
Proficiency in call center software and CRM systems.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
High school diploma or equivalent required; further education or relevant certifications are a plus.
