LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager for a well-established manufacturing organization in Boardman, Ohio.

This is a high-impact leadership role focused on driving operational excellence, enhancing productivity, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement across all levels of the plant.

Position Overview:

The Continuous Improvement Manager will lead strategic initiatives aimed at optimizing manufacturing processes, reducing waste, and improving overall efficiency. This role requires a seasoned professional with deep experience in Lean methodologies and Six Sigma practices, capable of influencing change and delivering measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage continuous improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies.

• Identify opportunities for operational enhancements and cost reductions across production, quality, and supply chain functions.

• Facilitate Kaizen events, value stream mapping, root cause analysis, and other CI tools to drive sustainable improvements.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and standardize processes.

• Develop and deliver training programs to build CI capabilities across the organization.

• Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress and impact of improvement initiatives.

• Serve as a change agent, promoting a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous learning.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

• 10+ years of focused continuous improvement experience in a manufacturing environment.

• Certified Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent required.

• Proven track record of leading successful CI initiatives with quantifiable results.

• Strong analytical, project management, and leadership skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
