Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in Boca Raton, FL. This is a direct hire, 100% onsite position offering a competitive salary of $50,000 - $55,000 per year. The ideal candidate will have a stable job history and extensive experience in accounts payable, particularly in high-volume environments processing for multiple entities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process high volume accounts payable transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Manage and maintain vendor relationships, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
• Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve any discrepancies.
• Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments.
• Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date.
• Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of all accounts payable transactions.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Accounts Payable Specialist or similar role.
• Extensive experience in a high-volume accounts payable environment.
• Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and procedures.
• Experience processing accounts payable for multiple entities.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred, but not required.
