Key Responsibilities:
- Handle high-volume accounts payable transactions with precision and efficiency.
- Ensure accuracy in coding and approval of invoices, maintaining the highest standards.
- Manage timely payment runs including checks, ACH, and wire transfers.
- Build strong relationships with vendors to resolve discrepancies and address inquiries promptly.
- Keep organized and up-to-date accounts payable records, contributing to seamless financial operations.
- Prepare and process 1099 forms at year-end, ensuring compliance.
- Support month-end closing activities and assist in audits as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance financial processes and systems.
Who You Are:
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
- You bring at least 2 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar role.
- You have a knack for handling high-volume AP processing for multiple entities.
- You are proficient in accounting software and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- You possess strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail.
- You are an excellent communicator with superb interpersonal skills.
- You excel in prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Pay Details: $50,000.00 to $55,000.00 per year
