LHH Recruitment is actively searching for a full-time, on-site candidate for an Accounts Payable Specialist located in Boca Raton, FL. The Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for processing expense reports, utilizing analytical skills to review and verify financial data, assisting in finance and accounting tasks, and managing journal entries.

Responsibilities:



  • Setup and maintain vendor accounts


  • Scan invoices


  • Perform 2 and 3 way matching


  • Enter payments and cut checks


  • Provide general administrative support to corporate team


  • Assist rest of accounting team with monthly closings and annual audits


  • Batch ACH Payments



Experience



  • Associates in Accounting preferred


  • General understanding of GAAP


  • At least 3 years in Accounts Payable experience



Skills:



  • Strong communication skills


  • Highly proficient in MS Excel, ERP, and accounting software


  • Values professionalism



Work Type:



  • Onsite, Full Time

  • Compensation: $50-55k
