Job Title: Payroll Administrator
Location: Boca Raton, FL (100% Onsite)
Job Type: Contract-to-Hire
Salary Range: $55,000 to $75,000 per year
Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Administrator in Boca Raton, FL. This is a contract-to-hire position that requires the candidate to work 100% onsite. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll processing, payroll tax compliance, and excellent organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process payroll for all employees accurately and on time.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations.
- Prepare and file payroll tax returns and other related documents.
- Maintain accurate payroll records and employee information.
- Handle payroll inquiries and resolve any discrepancies.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance departments to ensure seamless payroll operations.
- Stay updated on changes in payroll laws and regulations.
- Assist with year-end payroll activities, including W-2 preparation and distribution.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Payroll Administrator or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of payroll processing and payroll tax regulations.
- Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
