About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our growing finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes

• Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations

• Maintain general ledger and ensure accuracy of financial data

• Support accounts payable and receivable functions

• Assist with audits and tax preparation

• Generate financial reports and assist with budgeting and forecasting

• Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• Strong understanding of GAAP principles

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar)

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Effective communication and teamwork skills
