LHH Recruitment Solutions has an opening for an IT Administrator – BILINGUAL MANDARIN REQUIRED for our client in the Bohemia, NY area. This direct hire role allows you to expand your account management career within a state-of-the-art technology organization. This on-site position requires a minimum of three years current experience, a degree in computer science, information technology or similar is REQUIRED as well as experience in maintaining desktops, laptops, troubleshooting servers, software deployments, security updates, etc.

Salary range: $65,000.00 - $75,000 annually.

Job Description

Responsible for providing Information Technology services to employees and customers, on and off site.

Maintenance of desktop computers, laptops, tablets, printers, software deployment, security updates for internal users and potentially, customers at their locations.

Respond promptly and professionally to issues using phone, email, computer chat and in-person sources.


Troubleshoot and resolve any IT related issues.


Escalate issues as needed.

Create and manage support tickets in a timely manner.


Aid in collaboration in creation and maintaining database to train users to be able to help themselves for basic issues.


Travel to other organization entities and/or customer sites to troubleshoot, repair, install, upgrade, and/or


test hardware and software as needed or required.


Train and maintain being a primary point of contact for issues that may arise with the internal ERP system.


Safety Sensitive Position



Essential Skills:

Must be bilingual in Mandarin.
Required - associate’s degree at minimum in IT, computer Science or related discipline.

Minimum of three years’ related experience in technical support or computer configuration role.

Proven experience and knowledge of IT standard tools; ticketing systems, remote access, system monitoring, etc.


Highly proficient with all current Windows Operating Systems and MS 365


Excellent written and oral communication.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.


Collaborative team player who is also able to work independently


Availability for flexible working hours to support and/or travel to domestic and international locations.


Basic understanding of ERP systems


Basic understanding with SonicWall networking technologies.
