We are currently seeking a Temp-to-Hire Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team. This role offers the opportunity for permanent placement after a successful temporary period. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in accounts receivable functions, including invoicing, payment processing, collections, and reconciliation. A high attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently are key for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process accounts receivable transactions, including invoicing, billing, and payment processing.
  • Maintain accurate customer account records, ensuring timely and accurate updates.
  • Monitor and follow up on outstanding invoices to ensure payments are received.
  • Resolve any billing discrepancies and disputes with customers in a professional and timely manner.
  • Reconcile accounts receivable balances and assist in month-end close processes.
  • Generate and review AR aging reports to track overdue accounts and manage collection efforts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer inquiries and resolve payment issues.
  • Assist with preparing financial reports related to accounts receivable as needed.
  • Support credit checks for new customers and review credit terms.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or related financial roles.
  • Strong knowledge of AR processes, billing, and collections.
  • Proficiency in accounting software.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in processing financial transactions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interactions with customers and internal teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.


Pay Details: $24.00 to $27.00 per hour
