We are seeking multiple motivated and customer-focused individual to join our client’s Customer Service team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional service across multiple communication channels. This is a Contract to Hire position located near Bolingbrook, IL.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responded to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, providing accurate information and timely resolutions.
- Handled inbound and outbound calls related to product information, order status, returns, and general support.
- Delivered a high level of professionalism and empathy while resolving customer concerns and complaints.
- Utilized CRM and order management systems to document interactions and track customer issues.
- Identified opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products based on customer needs and preferences.
- Collaborated with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and issue resolution.
Schedule:
- Regular Shift: Friday through Monday (4-day workweek) potential to pick up additional hours.
- Training Period: Monday through Friday for the first 4 weeks (full-time training required).
Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in a call center, customer service, or retailed role preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable using email, chat platforms, and phone systems simultaneously.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
- Experience with upselling or product recommendations is a plus.
