Accountant

LHH recruitment solutions is hiring an accountant in the Bonita Springs, FL area. Our client is searching for an accountant with a strong background. This position is working fully in office in small family office environment that offers excellent benefits.

Responsibilities to include:

· Accounts Payable function to record and ensure all invoices are paid in a timely manner for various entities.

· Reconciling of accounts.

· Preparation of financial statements.

· Administrative functions to include maintenance of vendor files, corporate records, ordering supplies and maintaining supply inventory.

· Effectively communicate with other offices, management, outside tax accountants.

You are a great fit if:

· Bachelor in Accounting Degree

· Minimum 5 years experience

· Experience in Microsoft Office programs as well as Intuit QuickBooks

· Knowledge of Paychex and/or ADP payroll platforms a plus

· Excellent computer skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills

· Attention to detail and accuracy

· Knowledge of real estate a plus
