LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring a Bilingual Patient Care Coordinator for our healthcare client located in the Bonita area. This role will be 100% onsite and a full-time, contract-to-hire opportunity.

This role will be focused on the patient experience assisting with patient check in and out, phone correspondence, scheduling, collection of copays, and other administrative tasks.

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years customer service, healthcare experience desired (not required)
• Bilingual English/Spanish
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office

• Strong multitasking skills and ability to prioritize throughout the day
• Able to work well independently
• Can meet deadlines and hit production metrics as outlined by management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both in-person and over the phone
• Ability to work within multiple software systems
