Administrative Assistant– Bordentown, NJ

LHH is proactively recruiting for an Administrative Assistant near Bordentown, NJ. This position is a contract (Temp). The anticipated pay range is between $20-$22/hr. depending on experience. Need someone to start ASAP. Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan. Our program provides employees the flexibility to choose the type of coverage that meets their individual needs. Responsibilities:

Put reports together


Data Entry
Communicate with customers and vendors to provide tracking information
Process orders and payments
Responding to emails
Calendar Management
Qualifications:

1-2 years in Administrative


Must be organized


Has good communication both verbally and written


Must be proficient in MS Office Suites (also in pivot tables)



Employment type: Contract (Temp)


Salary: The anticipated pay range for this position is between $20-$22/hr. depending on experience.
