Administrative Assistant
LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant with 3 years of experience, for a full-time role, this is a Temp to Perm opportunity located in Boston, MA.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments, ensuring optimal time management.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism.
  • Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and preparing detailed itineraries.
  • Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems for easy access and retrieval of information.
  • Assist with meeting preparation, including agenda creation, note-taking, and follow-up on action items.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications, prioritizing and responding as appropriate.
  • Support office operations by ordering supplies, managing vendor relationships, and overseeing general administrative tasks.
  • Track and process expense reports, invoices, and reimbursements in a timely manner.
  • Participate in special projects and initiatives as needed, contributing to team success and organizational goals.
Qualifications:
  • Ability to multitask and work multiple projects
Employment Type: Full time, Temp to Perm
Salary: $35-45/hr


Pay Details: $35.00 to $45.00 per hour
