LHH Recruitment Solutions, in partnership with a prominent law firm in Boston, is seeking an experienced Legal Nurse, Senior Paralegal, or Attorney to join their team as a Case Evaluator in the Pre-Litigation Department.

This role is fully onsite with hybrid optional after training.

Responsibilities:

· Gather and analyze medical records

· Identify issues, potential liability, responsible parties, and merits of a claim

· Draft medical summaries

· Create chronologies

· Conduct research

· Correspond with clients

Requirements:

· 3+ years of experience reviewing and analyzing medical records

· Juris Doctor, Nursing Degree, or Medical Background preferred

· Experience drafting expert letters

· Excellent communication skills – verbal and written

· Exceptionally organized

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
