LHH is seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Paralegal. The ideal candidate will have 4–5 years of experience handling commercial real estate transactions, including title and survey review, closing coordination, and loan document preparation, bankruptcy, UCC searches and filings
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of commercial real estate closings
Prepare and review title commitments, surveys, and closing documents
Coordinate with attorneys, lenders, title companies, and clients
Draft and organize lease, loan, and purchase documents
Conduct due diligence and manage closing checklists and timelines
Maintain organized and complete transaction files
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of commercial real estate paralegal experience
Paralegal certificate required; Bachelor’s degree a plus
Strong title/survey review skills and familiarity with UCC filings
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, legal research tools, and document management systems
Knowledge of affordable housing or commercial finance a plus
Experience with Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac transactions preferred
Commercial finance experience is preferred
