Administrative Assistant
Customer Service & Support
LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant with 4 or more years of experience in a similar role. This is a great Temp to Perm opportunity located in Boston, MA.
Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for executives and senior staff
- Prepare and proofread internal and external communications, reports, and presentations
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Support HR and Finance teams with administrative tasks such as onboarding, expense reporting, and invoice processing
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, including facilities management, vendor coordination, and supply procurement
- Execute a wide range of administrative duties, including preparing expense reports, drafting correspondence, processing charitable donation requests, and managing client gifting and entertainment logistics in compliance with corporate policies
- Act as a key point of contact and information hub, maintaining awareness of internal and external developments and keeping executives informed of relevant updates
- Function as a communication gateway between executives and broader teams, fostering collaboration and streamlining workflows
- Proficient with Excel and Concur
- Prior experience with Calendar/Travel Management, and processing expenses
- 3-5 years of experience in an administrative role
Salary: $40-45/hr
Pay Details: $40.00 to $45.00 per hour
