LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking an Executive Assistant, with 5 years of experience in a similar role. This is a great Temp to Perm opportunity, located in Boston, MA.


Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a trusted partner to Managing Directors, ensuring they are well-prepared for all engagements by managing schedules, agendas, and follow-ups.
  • Act as a key point of contact and information flow, maintaining awareness of internal and external developments and keeping executives informed.
  • Prioritize and coordinate meetings based on evolving business needs.
  • Act as a liaison between executives and broader teams to streamline communication and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Develop and implement scheduling best practices using enterprise software tools.
  • Manage a wide range of administrative tasks, including expense reporting, correspondence, charitable contribution processing, and client gift/entertainment coordination in compliance with company policies.
  • Handle occasional personal tasks such as travel arrangements and errands.
  • Lead the planning and execution of small-scale local events such as closing dinners, team outings, and networking gatherings.
  • Provide backup support to other Executive Assistants and assist with transaction-related processes.
  • Collaborate with business operations teams across multiple office locations.
  • Support the off-site Facilities Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and manage weekly orders for office supplies and snacks.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot basic office equipment and respond to facility-related requests.
Qualifications:
  • High attention to detail, ability to multitask
Experience:
  • 3-5 years of experience in an Executive Assistant role

Pay Details: $40.00 to $45.00 per hour
