LHH is partnering with a large company that is looking for a temporary to hire Accounts Payable Specialist for one of their locations in Washington. This is a fully onsite position for their Bothell, WA office. You will be handling invoice processing, vendor management, and expense reporting. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of previous AP experience and have professional communication skills. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, review, and process invoices for payment in compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments, manage check runs, and reconcile accounts payable transactions.
  • Maintain relationships with vendors, resolve any discrepancies or issues related to payments, and respond to vendor inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of all accounts payable transactions, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable policies and regulations, prepare financial reports, and assist in audits as needed.
  • Monitor and track company expenses, ensuring they are within budget and properly authorized.
Qualifications:
  • Two or more years of experience in an accounts payable or accounting role.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with vendors and team members.
  • Ability to identify and resolve issues related to accounts payable processes and transactions.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.



Pay Details: $28.00 to $31.00 per hour
