Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain an active litigation checklist

• Draft legal documents for attorney review

• Track discovery documents

• Calendar court deadlines

• Prepare notebooks for documents, motions, depositions, and deposition exhibits

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of litigation experience as a paralegal

• Experience with prepping motions for summary judgment

• Proficiency in e-filing for state and federal courts

• Excellent tracking of client deadlines

• Docketing and scheduling court documents

Role Details:

• 401(k)
