Mail/Document Clerk 1

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an Office Service Clerk who will provide clerical and administrative support for multiple departments within the assigned location in accordance with company guidelines, client needs, and regulatory requirements. This role includes the minimum necessary access to Protected Health Information (PHI) and Personally Identifiable Information (PII) as defined by the job description and role requirements.


Location: Bothell, Washington 98011-3145
Salary: $20.00 - $22.00

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Clerical Support

    • Scan, copy, and file paperwork and documents.

    • Archive documents and files per the retention schedule.

    • Conduct research or complete print requests as needed.

    • Create documents and forms related to internal operations.

  2. Administrative Support

    • Maintain inventory of office and stationery supplies.

    • Process invoices for payment.

    • Prepare scheduled reports as requested.

    • Maintain office equipment and liaise with outside vendors for repairs or maintenance needs.

    • Assist with meeting scheduling and preparation.

  3. Reception Coverage

    • Answer incoming telephone calls and respond to basic inquiries.

    • Direct calls to appropriate staff or recipients.

    • Direct on-site visitors, staff, or vendors while adhering to prescribed security protocols.

  4. Mail Processing

    • Sort and distribute inter-office, incoming, and outgoing mail.

    • Prepare and process overnight and special delivery letters and packages.

    • Assist in processing large, outgoing mail distributions.

    • Order new print supplies as needed.

  5. Training Support

    • Assist in training new office support staff as needed.

  6. Additional Responsibilities

    • Perform other duties as assigned.


Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED.

  • Six months of experience working in an office support capacity.

  • Strong organizational and administrative skills with an attention to detail.

  • The ability to multitask and prioritize work.

  • The ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.

  • Working knowledge of basic office equipment.

  • Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office tools and applications.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Understanding of third-party administration operations.

  • Experience in customer service.



Pay Details: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
