Accountant

Please note that this job is HYBRID. You will be required to work partially in the Boulder office and partially from home using company-provided equipment.

Lee Hecht Harrison Recruitment Solutions (LHH) is partnering with a leading company to fill their open Accountant job in Boulder, CO. To qualify, you must have at least two years of recent, relevant experience in a similar role, specialized in Accounts Receivable and Collections.

This is a DIRECT HIRE job opportunity where you will earn between $65,000 and $80,000 annually. You will also be eligible for this company’s competitive benefits package (details below).

Responsibilities:

• Generating and sending out client invoices and credit memos


• Managing client applications for lines of credit


• Collecting payments and applying them to client accounts


• Providing excellent customer service


• Running various reports (AR, aging, collections, etc.)


• Preparing for audits


• Researching and resolving billing discrepancies


• Informing clients of overdue payments; working with clients to establish payment plans as necessary


• All other related tasks as required

  Qualifications:



• At least two years of recent, relevant experience in a similar role


• Advanced Excel skills: VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.


• Previous experience with SAP preferred but not required


• Excellent attention to detail


• Excellent customer service skills


• Excellent negotiation skills


• Excellent analytical skills

  Compensation:



• Annual salary between $65,000 and $80,000
