This person should have a few years of experience supporting executives and maintaining a office operations. Ideally, the candidate will have experience in construction
Responsibilities:
- Calendar management
- Manage emails and invites
- Travel logistics
- Provide general administrative support, including personal errands
- Sort mail
- Assist with invoices
- Serve as first point of front desk contact
- At least 3 years of experience supporting executives and office operations
- Experience in construction ideal
- Excellent calendar management skills
- Preferred experience with JD Edwards
- Attention to detail
- Full Time, Onsite
- Direct Hire
- Salary: $55-60k/year
- 401k match options
