A trusted client in the logistics and supply chain sector is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Order Entry & Customer Operations Specialist to join their team. This is a 100% onsite, temp-to-perm opportunity based in Boynton Beach, FL.
Location: Boynton Beach, FL (100% onsite)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Employment Type: Temp-to-Perm
Pay Rate: $25/hour
About the Role
This role is ideal for someone who learns quickly, has a sharp eye for detail, and is eager to grow. While the initial responsibilities are focused on order entry and back-office operations, there is potential for the right candidate to evolve into a customer-facing role.
Key Responsibilities
Manually process purchase orders using SAP and Excel
Manage return and refund requests through ERP and logistics systems (UPS/FedEx)
Gather and communicate shipment details to customers
Respond to general customer inquiries and escalate when necessary
Maintain clear and timely communication using Salesforce CRM
Collaborate with the Customer Service Manager on workload and scheduling
Help define and improve workflows across internal teams
Candidate Profile
Experience with SAP and order entry is required
Quick learner with strong attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Flexible with business hours to support nationwide operations
Self-motivated and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
Interest in customer service and potential to grow into a phone-based role
Pay Details: $24.00 to $25.00 per hour
