LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking an IT Technician to play a crucial role with a recognizable regional branch. This is an on-site position, reporting out of the Sarasota office.
(Must be within a 30-minute drive radius of Sarasota)
Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
Provide help desk support and address user tickets in a timely manner.
Participate in IT projects and collaborate with the team to meet organizational goals.
Document technical procedures and user guidelines.
Qualifications:
Sufficient IT education, such as relevant college courses or projects; or at least one year of experience in the IT field.
IT certification preferred (CompTIA or equivalent).
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work flexible hours, with availability for overtime work.
Compensation:
$17.50 - $20/hour with opportunities for overtime at 1.5x pay (typically 4-7 OT hours a week)
Type of Hire:
Full-time, permanent position.
