Job Title: Plant Controller

Office Location: Brea, CA | On-site

Salary Range: $140,000 to $160,000 based on experience + discretionary bonus

LHH Recruitment Solutions (Los Angeles) is partnering with a private equity backed aerospace company in Orange County to hire a Plant Controller to lead financial operations for a manufacturing plant.

Description:

• Prepare monthly financial statements, rolling forecast, and annual budget

• Provide financial analyses to leadership

• Financial reporting on income, expenses, and earnings based on past, present, and future operations

• Lead financial audits and monitor internal controls

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

• 10 years of accounting leadership experience

• Cost accounting experience from the aerospace or manufacturing industries

• CPA and public accounting preferred
