LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring a Medical AR Specialist for our healthcare client located in Brea. This position will be 100% onsite, full-time, and a contract-to-hire opportunity.

This position will focus on the backend of medical billing and will be supporting our client on the insurance side rather than patient side. There will be an expected production metrics on collections and accounts touched throughout the day and interested candidates must feel comfortable with working with all insurance payers.

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years medical billing/AR experience
• Proficient working within EMR Systems and Microsoft Office

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially phone etiquette
• Strong ability to analyze and problem-solve with little to no assistance
• Ability to meet production metrics as outlined by management
• Knowledgable of all insurance payers
• Able to work well within multiple software systems
• Thrives in a fast paced work environment and can adapt to multiple tasks throughout the day
