Accounts Payable Analyst
As an Accounts Payable Analyst, you would be responsible for ensuring the AP check runs are processed timely and accurately as well as reviewing the work of 2 AP Coordinators. This position will play a critical role in supporting the AP Supervisor and act as a liaison between upper accounting management and transactional accounting.
Responsibilities Include:
- Train and develop the AP department
- Oversees payments and review of payments distributed, GL integrity and point of contract for escalated AP issues
- Provides customer service to vendors, managers, and customers (internal/external)
- Reviews day to day uploading of vendor invoicing
- Will also be responsible for daily batching & processing of invoices
Preferred:
- Associate’s degree in finance or accounting OR relevant experience
- Minimum of 4 years experience of AP high volume processing
- Must have mentored, trained or supervised previously (accounting or non accounting reports)
- Excel- Intermediate
Hourly Position
This is an onsite position located in Nashville, TN (metro area)
Hours: M-F (40 hours/week), Flexible start/end times
Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year
