LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently recruiting for an Administrative Assistant for our client located in Brentwood, TN. This is a full time, on-site opportunity. If you're interested, please apply now.

  • Type: Direct Hire

  • Location: Brentwood, TN.

  • Compensation: $60,000-$70,000 annually

Responsibilities:

  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.

  • Intercept incoming/outgoing USPS mail.

  • Work closely with the facilities team to address and resolve various office maintenance issues.

  • Stocking of supplies, snacks, and beverages in break room.

  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email

  • Help with marketing projects and event planning, contributing to the successful execution of campaigns and company events.

  • Assist with new hire onboarding process.

  • Collaborate with IT vendors to resolve issues and ensure service delivery meets organizational needs.

  • Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and organizing documents

  • Assist with data entry tasks and maintain database.

  • Support staff with tasks such as receipt gathering and expense reports

  • Upload contacts and manage contact lists in Outlook or similar software

  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory

  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Front Desk Administrative Assistant or similar role

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
