LHH has partnered with a growing company in search of a Recruiter to join their team and help with their expansion efforts. This role presents an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to make a significant impact on their talent acquisition strategies and contribute to the continued success of their organization.


Responsibilities:



  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various positions.


  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.



  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and industry specific channels, to identify potential candidates.


  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.



  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.



  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from posting job openings to extending offers of employment.



  • Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system and other recruitment tools.


  • Generate and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies.


Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred


  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment


  • Proficient in applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.


  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.


Schedule:



  • Full-time, 40 hours


  • Monday to Friday


  • 8:00am-5:00pm
