LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking an experienced Executive Assistant for our Healthcare client located in Brentwood, TN. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting C-Suite executives, managing calendars, coordinating travel, and creating correspondence.
• Type: Temporary (2+ months)
• Location: Brentwood, TN.
• Pay: $25-$30 per hour
Responsibilities:
• Provides administrative support to CEO and President including but not limited to calendar management, processing expense reports, and booking travel arrangements for several executives.
• Coordinate in-person and virtual meetings, events, and conferences including site selection, materials, catering needs, agendas, minutes, and post meeting action plans.
• Manage office supply inventory and administrative tools, and maintain a well-stocked, organized, and welcoming office environment for team members and guests.
• Respond to all emails, calls, and inquiries on behalf of leadership within 24 hours, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor Degree or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
Pay Details: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour
